Important Disclaimer

VisaClean is not affiliated with the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security, USCIS, Department of State, or any consular office. Our service provides informational analysis only and does not constitute legal advice. Using VisaClean does not guarantee visa approval.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the VisaClean Chrome extension or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VisaClean is a tool that analyzes your public Twitter/X posts to identify content that may potentially raise concerns during U.S. visa vetting processes. The Service:

  • Collects your public tweets from your Twitter/X profile
  • Sends your tweets to our secure servers for AI-powered analysis
  • Provides a "Visa Safety Score" and identifies potentially problematic content
  • Generates explanations based on publicly available U.S. visa guidelines

3. Data Processing

How Your Data is Processed

When you initiate a scan, your tweets and profile information are sent to our servers hosted on Cloudflare. This data is then processed using Google's Gemini AI to analyze content against visa vetting criteria. By using the Service, you consent to this data transmission and processing.

4. Intended Use & Prohibited Activities

Intended Purpose

VisaClean is designed as a self-awareness and educational tool. It helps you understand your own public digital footprint and learn about visa vetting criteria. The Service is intended for personal reflection and interview preparation - NOT for deceiving or circumventing immigration screening processes.

  • Learn about U.S. visa vetting criteria based on publicly available information
  • Prepare honest answers for potential interview questions about your content

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use VisaClean to:

  • Deceive or mislead USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, or any government agency
  • Systematically delete or manipulate content solely to circumvent visa screening
  • Prepare false or misleading explanations for flagged content
  • Assist others in deceiving immigration authorities
  • "Game" or circumvent the immigration vetting process

4.3 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only scan Twitter/X profiles that you own or have explicit permission to analyze
  • Maintain authentic and honest social media profiles
  • Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or violate the privacy of others
  • Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures of the Service
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

5. Limitations of Service

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • No Legal Advice: VisaClean does not provide legal advice. For legal matters, consult a qualified immigration attorney.
  • No Guarantee: A high Visa Safety Score does not guarantee visa approval. A low score does not mean your visa will be denied.
  • AI Limitations: Our AI analysis may produce false positives or miss certain content. Results should be used as guidance only.
  • Not Comprehensive: The Service analyzes tweets only; visa officers may consider other factors and platforms.
  • Changing Guidelines: U.S. visa vetting criteria may change. Our analysis is based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most current policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
